Ultra-Endurance Training Camps

Considering we are experienced in ultra-endurance riding and bike-packing ourselves and that we organize the reputable B-HARD Ultra Race – we have set out to help everyone wishing to prepare for this or any other ultra-endurance event out there – something that differs much from regular cycling.

With this in mind, we offer two types of ultra-endurance training camps, depending on what kind of an event you are preparing for and also where you’re currently at with the fitness level and your preparation:

– B-HARD Training Camp #1 – perfect if you wish to kick-start a training program for an ultra-endurance event that is scheduled for 30 to 45 days after the camp taking place or if you are preparing for a two-day 600 km event a couple of weeks after the training camp. This camp takes place in the Banja Luka region and combines high intensity training, a couple of back to back 200+ km rides, strength and hill climbing training.

– B-HARD Training Camp #2 – perfect if you are in the late stages of preparations for an ultra-endurance event, therefore 15 to 30 days prior to the event. This training camp is organized in two phases, first of which is also a very nice tour that takes you to the seaside (our Banja Luka – Makarska 260 Classic Ride) and back to Banja Luka after another two long and very scenic rides, followed by local intensity, strength and speed training.

The usual length of an ultra-endurance training camp that produces results is between 6 and 9 days in total.

The work doesn’t stop there are you will be given a training plan for the remainder of the time between the training camp and the event, so when the time comes – you are as prepared as you can be.
