Continuing the structured training plan for achieving top results at the planned events, after having performed winter preparations and base training camp, it is very advisable to do an FTP Builder Camp a few weeks before the main event or a start of a racing season in general.
This is performed by doing blocks of targeted training days that include specific intensity, strength, endurance and speed training. Banja Luka region is perfect for this sort of training, considering we have all kinds of terrain at our disposal, from flats to mountains and everything in-between, with enough 40 to 250 km routes to keep you entertained for at least a month!
Still, under close guidance of our trainer, multiple National Champion in Road Racing and Time Trialing, we can organize guided training camps that will be tailored to suit your requirements and focused on improving your strength, speed and stamina.
The usual length of an FTP camp that produces results is between 5 and 15 days (e.g. from 1 to 3 training blocks).
