If you’re preparing for a certain event or a racing season in general, after completing your winter training program, it’s crucial to do a block of base training to kickstart your season. Usually this happens in the months of February and March (April if you want to do some mountain climbing), while it still might be cold and snowy in the place where you live. Also, to get the most out of your training, you need to be able to focus completely on this task, which is usually impossible if you’re staying at home, burdened with daily tasks.
Under close guidance of our trainer, multiple National Champion in Road Racing and Time Trialing, we can organize guided training camps in the regions that are very popular and perfect for this sort of training, such as Mostar region in Herzegovina, Makarska region on the Adriatic Sea in Croatia, or in Montenegro, again at the Adriatic Sea.
With footing and gymnastics in the morning, paced rides during the day, theoretical and practical guidance during evenings – your time will be very well spent! The usual length of a base camp that produces results is between 7 and 14 days.
